What else might I pay for?

We would rather you knew up front. WearBeauty uses your own accounts for payments and texts, so those providers charge you directly at their published rates.

Card payments

Online deposits and payments go through your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its card fees to you directly; we add nothing on top.

Text messages

Text reminders are sent from your own Twilio account, which bills you per message. Email reminders cost nothing extra.

Your website

WearBeauty runs on your WordPress website, so you keep paying your existing hosting. You need WordPress 6.2 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer and https.

Create a free account on this website and download WearBeauty from My account. Install it on your WordPress website and every feature is switched on for 14 days. When the trial ends, choose a plan to carry on. Until you do, bookings and editing are locked, but nothing is deleted and you can still export your data.
No. You only add payment details when you choose a plan.
No. WearDigital Ltd is not VAT registered, so the price shown is the full amount you pay.
Anyone who takes appointments in the calendar. Reception and admin logins do not count towards your plan’s limit.
A yearly plan costs the same as ten monthly payments, so you get two months free.
Yes. Go to My account and choose Change plan. When you move up or down, the price is adjusted for the rest of your current billing period.
By debit or credit card through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
We try the payment again over the following days and email you. If it still cannot be taken, WearBeauty locks bookings and editing until the plan is paid. Your records are not deleted.
Yes, from My account. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part months. A yearly plan can be refunded in full if you cancel within 14 days of paying for it.
A licence works on one website at a time. If you move to a new website, release the licence from My account and activate it on the new one.
Starter and Professional include one branch. Premium includes unlimited branches and unlimited bookable team members.
