How WearBeauty plans, billing, renewals, plan changes and cancellations work.
We offer Starter, Professional and Premium plans, each billed monthly or yearly. Current prices and what each plan includes are on our pricing page. A yearly plan costs the same as ten monthly payments. WearDigital Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
Each plan includes a number of bookable team members: people who take appointments in the calendar. Starter includes 2, Professional 10 and Premium unlimited. Reception and admin logins do not count.
You pay by card through Stripe when you subscribe. Your plan then renews automatically at the end of each month or year, and we take payment using the same card, until you cancel. You can update your card in My account.
If a renewal payment fails, we will try again over the following days and email you. If we still cannot take payment, your subscription is put on hold and WearBeauty locks bookings and editing until it is paid. Your data is not deleted.
You can move to a higher or lower plan, or between monthly and yearly billing, from My account using Change plan. The price is adjusted for the rest of your current billing period. If you move to a plan with fewer bookable team members than you use, you will need to reduce the number of bookable team members in WearBeauty.
If we change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price. You can cancel before then if you do not want to continue.
You can cancel at any time from My account, or by emailing info@wearbeauty.co.uk. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then ends. It will not renew. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
WearBeauty locks bookings and editing, and updates stop. Nothing is deleted from your website, and you can still export your clients, services and staff. If you subscribe again later, everything unlocks.
Your licence works on one website at a time. To move it, use “Move to another website” in My account, then activate the licence on the new website.
