Campaigns and most automations only go to clients whose latest consent for that channel is yes, consent changes are recorded with the date and source, and unsubscribes and STOP replies update consent automatically.
Yes. Add your review link, such as your Google review page, and the “Ask for a review” automation sends it after a visit.
Offer codes are used at checkout in the salon. They are not entered on the online booking form.
