This policy explains what personal information WearDigital Ltd collects when you use wearbeauty.co.uk, buy a WearBeauty plan or use the WearBeauty plugin, and what we do with it.
WearDigital Ltd (company number 13346356), Sunderland Software Centre, Tavistock Place, Sunderland SR1 1PB, is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at info@wearbeauty.co.uk or by post at the address above.
WearBeauty runs on your own WordPress website. The appointments, client records, consultation forms, clinical notes and sales you keep in it are stored in your website’s database, not on our systems. For that information your business is the controller and we do not receive it. Our data processing statement explains the rare cases where we might see it, for example if you ask us for help and give us access.
Your name, business name, email address and anything else you put in the form, such as the topic of your message. We use this to reply to you.
Your name, business name, billing address, email address, order history, subscription details and licence keys. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
The WearBeauty plugin contacts our licence server to check your licence, activate it and download updates. Each check sends your licence key, your website address and the plugin version number. Our server also records the IP address the request came from, as all web servers do. No client, appointment or sales information is sent.
Our web server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time) for security and to fix problems. If you accept analytics cookies we also use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site. See our cookie policy.
We only send news and offers if you tick the box to ask for them. Every email has a link to unsubscribe, or you can email us.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run WearBeauty, under contracts that require them to protect it:

Some providers, such as Stripe and Google, may process information outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to have it moved to another provider, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email info@wearbeauty.co.uk. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
