Acceptable use policy

WearBeauty is for running a beauty, hair, wellness or aesthetics business. This policy sets out what you must not do with it, and forms part of our terms of service.

You must not use WearBeauty to

• break any law, including data protection, consumer protection and electronic marketing law
• send marketing emails or texts to people who have not agreed to receive them, or keep sending after they have opted out
• collect or store information about clients that you do not need or have no right to hold
• store or send anything unlawful, harmful, abusive or that infringes someone else’s rights
• take payments for goods or services you do not provide

You must not

• share, resell or publish your licence key, or use one licence on more than one website at a time
• remove, disable or get around the plugin’s licence checks
• copy, modify for resale, redistribute or sublicense the plugin
• attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to our website or licence server

What happens if this policy is broken

We may suspend or end your licence. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right. Your data stays in your own website’s database.
