Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use wearbeauty.co.uk, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or voice control.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This website is built so that you can:

• use every menu, tab, accordion and form with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
• zoom to 200% without losing content, and use the site on a phone
• read text with enough colour contrast against its background
• switch off animation by turning on “reduce motion” in your device settings
• understand screenshots from their written descriptions

What we know is not perfect

Screenshots of the WearBeauty software show detailed screens. The text around each one describes what it shows, but some small details in the images are not repeated in words. If you need more detail about a screen, email us and we will describe it.

The WearBeauty plugin

The online booking pages the plugin adds to your website are built with keyboard access, labelled form fields and clear error messages. If you or your clients find a problem with them, please tell us.
