Your key is in your order email and in My account, under Licence and download.
Each key works on one website at a time. Your licence is checked automatically twice a day, and you can click Check now at any time.
Nothing is deleted. Bookings, reminders and editing pause, and you can still export your clients, services and staff. Everything comes back the moment your licence is active again. If a payment failed, update your card in My account and the licence switches back on once the payment goes through.
