Add online booking to your website

Clients book on your own website. You can let WearBeauty create the pages for you, or add booking to any page yourself.

The quick way

  1. Go to WearBeauty, Settings, Online booking.
  2. Click Create the pages for me.
  3. WearBeauty creates Book online, Manage my booking, Gift vouchers and Memberships pages. Add them to your website menu under Appearance, Menus or in your theme’s menu settings.

Add booking to your own page

  • Elementor: search for the WearBeauty booking widget and drag it onto the page. There are also WearBeauty classes, gift vouchers and memberships widgets.
  • Block editor: add the WearBeauty booking block and choose what it shows.
  • Any theme: add the shortcode [wdb_booking]. You can limit it to one category, service, team member or branch with the shortcode’s options.

Other shortcodes: [wdb_manage_booking], [wdb_classes], [wdb_vouchers] and [wdb_memberships].

Set your booking rules

Under Settings, Online booking you can set:

  • How often start times appear, from every 5 to every 60 minutes
  • Minimum notice, for example 2 hours
  • How far ahead clients can book, up to 730 days
  • Free cancellation until, for example 24 hours before. Deposits are refunded automatically if a client cancels before this.
  • Your booking terms, which clients tick to accept
  • Postcode areas and a travel fee if you do treatments at clients’ addresses

Your accent colour, set under Settings, Business, is used on the booking pages and in emails.

What clients can do

Clients choose up to six treatments, a team member or “Anyone available”, and a time. Every confirmation has a link to view or cancel. To move a booking, clients contact you and you move it in the calendar.
