Confirmations and reminders

Choose your reminder timings

1. Go to WearBeauty, Settings, Messages.
2. In Send reminders, enter up to three timings in hours, separated by commas. For example 48,2 sends a reminder two days before and again two hours before.
3. Save.

A client who books late only gets the reminder closest to their appointment.

Edit the messages

Each message has its own email subject, email text and text message, and its own on and off switches:

• Booking confirmed
• Reminder
• Booking moved
• Booking cancelled
• Consultation form request
• Gift voucher (email only)
• Receipt (email only)

Use placeholders to add details automatically, such as {first_name}, {date}, {time}, {services}, {staff}, {deposit} and {manage_link}. Clear a box to go back to the standard wording.

Preparation notes

Add “Before your appointment” notes to a service under Services, for example “Arrive with clean, dry hair”. They are included in the confirmation automatically.
