Add your team

Add a team member

1. Go to WearBeauty, Staff and add a new person.
2. Add their name, job title, photo and an “About” shown to clients if you like.
3. Tick Takes bookings if clients book with them.
4. Choose the services they do. Leave price and minutes empty to use the service’s own, or enter theirs.
5. Set their working hours. Each day can have two periods for a lunch break or split shift.
6. Add their email address and a role to give them a login. They get an email to set their password.

Roles

• Salon Owner
• Salon Manager
• Receptionist
• Stylist / Therapist
• Aesthetics Practitioner
• Stock Manager
• Accountant (read-only)

Stylists and therapists see their own clients and diary unless their role allows more.

How many people can I add?

Starter includes 2 bookable team members, Professional 10 and Premium unlimited. People who do not take bookings, such as a receptionist, do not count.

Time off

Add holidays, sickness, training and personal time on each person’s page. They are taken out of online booking automatically.
